Paul Moore, M.D., is a pulmonary pediatrician, professor of pediatrics and pharmacology and director of the Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His current research focuses on determinants of pulmonary disease in premature neonates and the development of preventative measures and therapies.
